Ocker Hill Infant and Nursery is a caring, calm, innovative and creative place of learning and has a strong reputation within the local and educational community.   At Ocker Hill Infant and Nursery; all staff, friends, governors and associates work hard to raise children's aspirations and 'dreams' and also value individualised achievements of each child. 

All the staff at Ocker Hill Infants are dedicated and passionate about raising standards and improving the life chances and happiness of our children. We encourage all of our children to have 'a love of learning'. 

There was no official data in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic and 2022 are not published.

 School Day

The school day for Nursery starts at 8.30am and ends at 11.30am for the morning children (Buttercups).

Afternoon nursery (Daisies) starts at 12.30pm and ends at 3.30pm.

All day Nursery (Bluebells) starts at 8.30am and finishes at 3.30pm

 A School day for the main school starts at 8.45 am and ends at 3.20 pm. This equates to 32 hours and 55 minutes per week of compulsory school hours.  Children who choose to access the Breakfast Club or any of our After School Clubs access increased hours.

Location

Ocker Hill Infant & Nursery School is a two form entry Infant school with a Nursery class that offers morning, afternoon and all day places. It is in Tipton, West Midlands and is a school in Sandwell Local Authority.

Most children who attend school are local to the area but a few do travel over three miles to school.

 Where do children go after Y2?

Most pupils transfer to the local Junior School, Ocker Hill Academy, which is also located on Gospel Oak Road..
