Clubs after school
After School Clubs
Parents / Carers will be asked termly, by letter, if they would like their child to join or continue in one of the clubs. There is usually a maximum of 20 children per club (with the exception of Cooking club which is 18 places) . In order to minimise administration we ask parents/carers to pay termly preferably, all clubs will be charged at £1 per session with the exception of the football club which is £2.00 per session. The clubs run for approximately one term. All clubs are open to Reception (from the Spring Term) and Key Stage One children all year round.
Cooking Club (Maximum 12 places)
An delicious opportunity for children to learn some basic cooking skills aswell as basic food hygiene and the importance of healthy eating. Miss Alexander will be cooking up a storm.
Games Club (Maximum 20 places)
Children will have the opportunity to play board games together and complete problem solving activities, learning key skills and sharing and taking turns. This club will be run by Mrs. Newell
Music Club (Maximum 20 places)
Children will have access to a range of fantastic resources during this club and will cover a variety of musical skills to encourage children to express their creative side. Miss Laird will be running this club.
Football Club (Maximum 15 places)
A football skills club run by coaches from The Albion Foundation.
Outdoor Club (Maximum 20 places)
This is a nature based club and will be run by Miss Spriggs.
Cooking Round The World Club (Maximum 12 places)
Another cooking club where the children learn about and cook foods from different countries. Run by Miss Bailey.
